Students can save up to 50 per cent on train travel with TPE

Students with a valid 16–25 Railcard can get up to 50 per cent off selected Standard Advance Purchase tickets when they book directly through the TPE website or TPExpress mobile app and use the promo code TPESTUDENT.

A 16-25 Railcard normally gives holders a third off rail fares, but TPE’s student offer boosts the saving to up to 50 per cent on eligible journeys.

To claim the discount, students simply need to have a valid 16–25 Railcard and enter the code TPESTUDENT when purchasing eligible tickets through the TPE website or TPExpress app.

With the offer, students can take advantage of great-value fares including Sheffield to Manchester from just £3.20*, Edinburgh to Newcastle from £5.50* and York to Leeds from only £3.90.*
