TPE’s extra service for Olivia Rodrigo concert means fans can leave their driver's license at home
TransPennine Express (TPE) will run an extra late-night service for customers travelling home from pop star Olivia Rodrigo’s concert at Manchester's brand-new Co-op Live Arena – meaning fans can leave their driver’s licence at home.
The extra service will depart from Manchester Victoria at 12.36am on Saturday 4 May after the good 4 u singer’s Friday night gig. It will then call at Newton-Le-Willows and Lea Green before arriving at Liverpool Lime Street.
Kathryn O’Brien, Customer Experience & Transformation Director at TransPennine Express, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer this extra service to get fans home after enjoying the concert.
“And don’t forget – if you’re seeing Olivia Rodrigo tonight, it’s not a bad idea to check before you travel.”
Concert ticket holders will also be able to use Metrolink tram services to travel to and from the venue into the city centre, free of charge.
